Populate with RSS item

    Hi,

    Is it possible to dynamically populate the subject field with an RSS item? I have a page displaying an RSS feed, and for each item and would like a contact form where the subject field is populated by the <title>.

    Hi Ian,

    You can use any value that you can access via a shortcode. I suspect that’ll be easier to do with the source of the RSS data than the RSS feed itself.

    If you’re talking about the title of the page, there’s a built-in shortcode for that. If you want the meta title tag value and that’s different than the page title, you could write a special shortcode for that.
