• Any way of populating form fields with known values from the hubspot cookie similar to how it works if we embedded the native hubspot form?

    Hey lsilver,

There are plenty of opportunities for you to override our settings programmatically via apply_filters as the form is on the way to submitting… but I am guessing that you are looking for something a little different.

Can you provide me with a clear example of what you’re looking for?

    Thanks,
    -Chris.

Sure. If I’m just using HubSpot forms on a site, and opt in to a content offer by completing a form, my information is saved in the HubSpot cookie. So if I go to another page with a form, HubSpot will pre-populate that form with whatever information they have stored on me in the cookie. So if I previously entered my name and email, it would pre-populate with that information on the subsequent form so I didn’t have to fill it out again – increasing the conversion rate on that form by making it easier on the user.

    Ah, yes! Ok.

I can see what I can do about that for sure ?? Thanks for the feature suggestion, and I’ll try to schedule it into the plugin soon, and keep you updated.

As this isn’t a “support” request, but a feature request, I am flagging this as resolved.

    Thanks!
    -Chris.

    Hello lsilver

How could we make your life easier when working with HubSpot and WordPress?

We’ve been working on a project to simplify the integration between WordPress and HubSpot to make it simpler for normal people (non-geeks). Keen to find out what you find challenging, or tedious and how you use HubSpot with WordPress.

If you’d like to chat please feel free to get in touch directly. My details are in my profile and/or my website: https://www.webalite.com

    Cheers

    Hey Webalite/Mike,

I would appreciate you not promoting your own product on an active project. If we have not been updating this project in a year or more, I would understand, as it could’ve been deprecated.

But this is a pretty active project, and your reply was insulting.

    Thanks,
    -Chris.

    Sorry Chris

It was not my intention to be insulting, nor undermine your project.

Happy to remove the comment – do you know how?

    Mike
