Populate fields from author data

    Do you mean meta boxes in the author page or just meta from an author/user showing up in a post? If it’s the first, its not supported currently. If it’s the second, You would need some custom code and the use of filters in the fields to do so.

    I have added a few custom fields into the user data (for example address). I wanted to populate a field from Meta Box with this data and make it read only.
