Populate Dropdown list from query

  • I need to populate a dropdown list from a SQL or mySQL query.

    I have a table of item names and item IDs.

    The dropdown list should display item names.
    The Item ID is not displayed but needs to be selected.

    What approach can I take with a dropdown list widget?

    Hey Dovberman,
    that’s an interesting question but I think it is related to WordPress in general rather than specifically to OverView.

    If that is the case, please post your question on the WordPress dev support forum.

    A great place to search for added functionalities is the WordPress plugins repository.

    If you instead need help with OverView specifically, please add more info/configuration details because I can’t really understand what your situation is.
