Populate Custom Fields via Post Email possible?

  • Hi There!

    Is it possible to populate a posts custom fields / meta data via post emails via a plugin? Since wordpress decommissioned the “Post by Email” feature, i am searching for an option to post via email, and populate the custom fields I have setup for my posts at the same time.
