    I am testing the free version in consideration of purchasing the premium.

    I noticed these things:
    -When I add a song and go to that song’s page and press play, it adds +1 to the popularity/play counter. But when a song is added to a page or post via the short code and you press play on the condensed player, it does not add +1 to the popularity/play counter. I need it to do so, is that a bug?

    -When testing further on an item, when I click download for a free item from the song page, it adds +1 to popularity/play and not to purchases. even though it is free, I would like it to count as a purchase, in case I did want to charge for it. also same as above, clicking download from shortcode add nothing to the stats and I would like it to.

    Are these bugs?

    Hi,

    I’m sorry, in the current version of the plugin, the popularity is increased when the page of the product is visited. We are working in a version of the plugin that increases the product’s popularity in both cases, when the page of the song is visited. or if the song is played from another page( for example, the music store’s page), but this version is in progress yet. About the purchased songs, the number is increases, only when the IPN is notified about a new payment.

    Thanks for the clarification. I think I can tweak it to make a work around.
