Popular tags are not showing

  • 1. In New post when i click on “Choose from the most used tags” then its not showing any popular tags

    2. When i want to interlink any old post then in popup. When i search from “Or link to existing content“. Its not searching any thing.

    Please provide me any solution.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
