Popular posts widget is not limited from the past 30 days

    Hi,

    I have tried popular posts widget with “Comments – Randomly rotate your most commented on posts from the past 30 days.” option, but it seems that the posts are not limited from the past 30 days (it displays years old posts).

    Please advise.

    Hi there,
    To clarify, the widget shows the posts that received the most views in the last 30 days. The posts themselves are not constrained by a publish date

    Hi Chris,

    How can you explain this: “Comments – Randomly rotate your most commented on posts from the past 30 days.“? It says: “..most commented posts..“, not “the most views“. BTW how did it count the views number for a post? Did it save the number in the WP database?

    I have tried the widget and it shows the most commented post (regardless publish date), not the most views in the last 30 days. Could you please kindly check the code?
