    Is there a shortcode to list popular Docs by category or overall for the knowledge base?

    I am really sorry. Unfortunately, we don’t have this option to show the Popular Docs List right now. But thanks for sharing your idea. It will help us to improve this plugin.

    Is there a way to get the popular Docs side bar into a shortcode to show in the page itself?

    Also, if I show a category list, is there an orderby type that is for popular/most visited docs?

    I am really sorry. I have already told you we don’t have this feature right now. We only allow the popular search in our Advanced Search. I hope you understand.
