Popular Categories In Wrong Place

I have this theme on two different sites, and from the theme image, the popular categories box goes below the map on the home page, which looks good, but on my two sites, it sits above the map, and looks bad. Can you tell me why it is in the wrong place and how to fix it? The URLs are:
