hi thanks for a great product
can you please explain how to? so ‘install the script right above the installation code’
    above which installation code?

Our code loads asynchronously to your website, using CDN and a very compressed code (less the 1kb). But if you want, you can use install the script below right above the installation code, and it will make our code load after your WHOLE site is fully loaded:

    <script type=”text/javascript”>var poptinAfterPageLoad = true;</script>

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Poptin support.

If you want Poptin to load once your website is done loading, you need to install Poptin manually on WordPress without the plugin.

You can click on Installation Code on the top right corner in your Poptin Dashboard and paste it in the <head> of your website. Once you’ve added that you can then simply add the script below right above the installation code.

    <script type=”text/javascript”>var poptinAfterPageLoad = true;</script>

This will make Poptin’s script load after your website is done loading.

You can also reach out to us on live chat if you need further assistance.

    Cheers!

hi sorry it is not clear. you are talking about two installations codes.
    1. click on installation code in poptin and paste it in head of website

    once you added that

you can simply add the scrip below right above the installation code.

the installation code is identical to the ‘script’ so please clearify

also do you mean install the script in the head of every single wordpress pages manually? or only once

    Hello,

Thank you for your response. There are two codes, one is the Installation code and the other is the PoptinAfterPageLoad script.

You have to remove Poptin’s WordPress Plugin and add the codes below.

    <script type=”text/javascript”>var poptinAfterPageLoad = true;</script>
    <script id=’pixel-script-poptin’ src=’https://cdn.popt.in/pixel.js?id=f62a165f3f7d8&#8242; async=’true’></script>

You have to add the above-mentioned code to the head of all pages on WordPress. You can do it from a 3rd Party Plugin.

We would love to assist you in real-time. To do so, we want you to reach out to us through live chat on https://www.poptin.com

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Cheers!

hi sorry for the reply time i was unable to work on this.

You are then saying i have to add it manually or with a plug in to every single page every time i create a new page?

    which plugin do you recommend?
    many thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

You only have to install it once in the <head> of your website. You can do so through a third-party plugin such as Insert Header and Footer Plugin.

Once installed you have to copy the code below and insert it in the Header Section.

    <script type=”text/javascript”>var poptinAfterPageLoad = true;</script>
    <script id=’pixel-script-poptin’ src=’https://cdn.popt.in/pixel.js?id=f62a165f3f7d8′ async=’true’></script>

Alternatively, the best way would be to connect with us over the live chat so that we can guide you in realtime.

    Cheers!
