Popboxes not working on mobile

  • Click on “Become a neighbor” button at the bottom of the page or on Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, none of the popboxes work on mobile.

  • Did you find a solution for the popup not working on mobile? If I don’t find an answer soon on how to fix this, I’m moving to a different option. I’m missing out on too many possible subscribers with this not working.

    As you can see on the website, I ditched this plugin.
    In my opinion there are two major flaws:
    1. The mobile bug.
    2. You HAVE to use the plugin’s widget to show a popup.

    To be honest, I didn’t find the popup plugins good enough, don’t use Ocean Modal Window either because you can’t use JS to open or close a popup :/

    I suggest you find a jQuery plugin (external to wordpress) and implement it.

    Even WP Post Popup is slow and caused some conflict.

    I just tested it and it works fine on iphone on Chrome and Safari.. Whats wrong with it on your side?

    @portalp, I can’t remember now, it’s been 3 weeks… basically though, it just didn’t work on mobile, I don’t know why.

    Not working on my sites either. Tested in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Works for both tablet view and desktop view but at width=766px it breaks.

    I had reached out to Elementor regarding this issue and if there was a plan to have it resolved. It appears another developer created the plugin and Elementor does not have control for fixing the problem. I ended up switching to Popup Maker plugin and am way happier with their options for cookies and other controls.

    Hello @lkfrench11,
    I found this popup plugin from Elementor’s trello board, I saw PopBox for Elementor but I missed Popup Maker. :/

    I also ended up using that one after some research.
