Regarding displaying a popup only once per day, this is only possible with our “Divi Areas Pro” plugin.

I checked and confirmed your site. However, I found that the “Popups for Divi” plugin is no longer active on your site.

Are you reinstalling the plugin or setting up a new popup? Let me know.

I will also recommend setting a new popup and confirming if the issue persists.

Hi @mcanous2023 – I can see the issue that @mrrohitbhardwaj demonstrates in the screen recording. Unfortunately, the relevant website (or demo page) is no longer accessible for us, so I cannot help you in debugging the issue directly.

It appears that there’s a Popup trigger on your page that fires on every click. This could be either an unintended setting in Divi (possibly a “section URL” or “row URL” value), or maybe custom JS code that you’ve added somewhere.

I’d love to help you debug and fix that issue, but I need access to the website again for this.
