    Hi!

    I’m trying your plugin, sounds good so I have any pre-sale questions/comments

    When I click on a condition, all conditions are expanded automatically … will be much better if they was be collapsed, more user friendly ??

    Show drop shadow : Color selector doesn’t works … I click on one color but nothing happen … works fine for border ^^

    There any way to by-pass the scroll function? I’m trying using only the Exit intent but scroll rule s*ck :-/ For my test, I don’t want to use scroll functions ??

    Regarding Successful submission behavior … seems like the customization of the popup is not applicated to the custom success message :-/
    (e.g) My popup has Rounded corners … but success message no ??
    Success message should be ajaxed to refresh the popup without animation (IMHO)

    And last but not least (for now) Regarding your price politic ^^ … if I want to upgrade to pro I need to pay $49 monthly ? O_o (or just one month but then no more updates :-/ ) … Is it true ? There no way to buy just this one ?

    Thank you for your first feedback.

    I didn’t understand what you mean (or which color selector) while saying not working. Can you tell me more clearly what did you try? Because on my side all color customization options look like working. Also maybe there is plugin conflict can you try plugin conflict test?

    For plugin conflict test you need to deactivate all other plugins except Hustle then try again.

    Again exit intent shouldn’t work on the scroll. Can you share with me your URL? So I can test on your site. And also can you tell me your OS and browser with versions?

    Currently our pro version only available to subscribed members, so you need to subscribe our website to use pro version, but this does not come with only Hustle we have a bunch of premium plugins and excellent support. Also, we have trial time and you can try our system without paying ??

    The color selector of the shadow … are only one :-p

    Let me know where I can give you access to my lab, I went to deativate all plugins except Woocommerce and WPML suite … Shadow color selector stay with “transparent” selected (defaut).
    In fact, it’s not “really” important for me as I will not use shadow but it’s FYI ??

    I don’t like to pay monthly for only one plugin (or 2 …) … you could have 1000+ … surely I will not use all … You loose a lot of clients with this kind of politic :-/

    I think I understand the problem with the drop shadow. First, you need to move vertical sliders at the right side of color selector all the way up, then change the color from color palette;

    For the other subject, I will forward that to the team but can’t promise anything about that.
