Pop ups showing up on my website!

Hi guys, i have a wordpress website called mintpedia.com

after refresh of every alternate page the pop ups are being displayed, i understand that this is due to some plugin installation that i have done! I have disabled that plugin and the pop up goes away! But i want to use that plugin and dont want pop ups.. these are javascript pop-ups! Can anyone help me find the source code as where these coding might be or simply some solution to stop the pop-ups on my website
