Pop-ups not working and can’t deactivate plugin

  • Hi,

    I want to deactivate this plugin but WordPress won’t allow me to do it. THe plugin is also not functioning.

    It also keps giving me this problem: You cannot delete a plugin while it is active on the main site.

    I want to get rid of this plugin. How do I do that?
