    Hi @mad-ascent

Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

I checked the website but I don’t see any console error that would be causing any issue on PopUp.

Should the PopUp trigger automatically or do we need to click on any button to trigger from a click?

    Best Regards

At first pop up triggered on time were not working correctly, but after turning on all plugins and back on they start to pop up again.

However creating new pop up based on click, never worked. Found that it always stays on time setting in the DB records.

    Hi @mad-ascent

I was able to replicate this issue using Chrome,

I can see that on Firefox it does change the records but we have to update the page to modify the settings again.

Could you try the Firefox and check if this will update on DB?

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards

Same here, after update the pop-up trigger is not being saved after modifying the pop-up.

As far as I understand from @mad-ascent message, the popup behaviour always stays to “Time” setting. Even if “Click” is selected as a trigger.

Is this correct? Could this be the related to the issue I have described here?

Sorry do not have firefox. Did on safari but did not working as well.

Yes guys this may be part of the issue.

It’s more like the selected setting is not being saved. I’ve got a popup that was created before the update and was set to “Click”. Attempting to change it to “Time” will do nothing and it keeps being triggered by clicking. Newly created popups default to “Time” so they use that setting but it can not be changed to anything else.

Sounds like I have the same problem here. Or at least no pop up is showing on the site. I’ve tried changing settings, disable w3 cache plugin, upgrading, rolling back, and disabling the social share feature but no pop up is showing on the site.

    Hi everyone!

Actually, @lagoon24 may be right on this (I’m sorry, I wasn’t aware of this thread when I was responding to your ticket there).

I was testing this using Firefox on Windows 10 and it worked fine for me but apparently there might be a browser-related issues as may colleague was able to replicate it. I’ve also tested it again, this time on both Firefox and Chrome and I could replicate this on Chrome too.

I think we’re dealing with a bug here or, quite likely, unexpected compatibility issue with recent WordPress release. I’ve already reported it to our developers as a bug so they’d look into it and create a fix.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hi everyone,

Good news. The problem seems to be fixed with version 7.3.0 that was just released. At least, it seems fixed for my specific case (Exit intent).

Please check if it fixes also your issues.

Thanks a lot to WPMU DEV Support and to the developers for their work.

    Best regards.

    Hi @lagoon24

I hope you are doing well.

Thank you for the update, indeed, I checked and it seems the setting is now saving using chrome browser.

Our developers still working on some fixes, and I hope this can be all covered soon.

@mad-ascent Could you test the new version on your website and see if the issue is gone?
