    Hello,

I created a pop up form on divi with your plugin, I added custom CSS so the embedded code I have works well with Divi pop up section.

The problem I have though is that when I close the pop up, if I click again on the button, the pop up won’t open again.

Can you help me with this?

(The pop up is set up on the very first button of the page)

    Thank you,

    Simon

  • Hi @sim74,

Sure, I will be happy to assist you in resolving your issue with the popup not working as expected after closing it once.

I checked and confirmed your issue.
    See here: https://share.zight.com/Jru5ng7n

When I investigated further, I found that your popup loads an iframe.

For your information, Popups for Divi, being a lite version, has limited support for dynamic content within the popup.

You can switch to Divi Areas Pro. It allows you to create global popups and comes with multiple features, area behavior, area conditions, and integrations. And further supports most of the dynamic elements/contents within the popup.
    See here: https://divimode.com/divi-areas-pro/

I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions. Thank you.

    Thank you Rohit,

So this means that the lite content doesn’t suport base on Iframe content?

    Thanks,

    Hi @sim74,

Glad to hear back, will be happy to provide further updates.

Dynamic elements including iframe are not fully supported within the “Popups for Divi” popups, which means they may work in some cases but since not fully supported may end up with an issue for another case.

Whereas Divi Areas Pro completely supports dynamic elements including iframe.

I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions. Thank you.
