Pop-Up Update Info screen stuck on my dashboard

    I installed the plug in and a pop up came up that says ‘Pop-Up Update Info’and when I click the button ‘cool, gotcha’ the page reloads and that pop up comes back. I cannot get into the plug ins page to uninstall it. This pop up literally has me at a stand still with this project. Please help asap as we have a deadline approaching fast!

    Hi @dudlmedia,

    Apologies for the delay here and sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin.

    You can always access your WP installation via FTP and navigate to wp-content/plugins/ panel where you can rename the wordpress-popup folder to deactivate the plugin while we figure out what went wrong.

    The popup you are referring to is shown when updating from Popup plugin that was replaced with Hustle, do you know which version you had previous to installing Hustle?

    Also, when the popup shows up can you start Chrome console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (Windows / Linux) or Cmd + Opt + J (Mac) and tell me if you see any errors in there?
