Pop-up subscribe form not showing up

    Hello! i created the form. I tried the shortcode, nothing. Tried the iframe option, nothing. Flushed out the cache each time. I see there is a php code but i don’t know where to place it in the pages code.

    Has anyone had this problem? Or should I create a sign up page as i have done on other sites?
