Pop up still shows up on every page

We released a new version did you download and checked it?

How do I limit the amount of times the user views the pop up during a day?
I will like to set this to allow users to view the pop up banner 3 times per day.

Please advise

I re-saved my settings and now the popup doesn’t show up at all.
