Pop up still appears even after deleting it.

    I disabled the pop up, remove the plugin and somehow it still shows up.

    I added the plugin, disable the pop up, permanently delete it so now I don’t have anything linked to it. Delete cache and history on the website and I still get the pop up.

    How can I remove it?? It’s making me lose subscribers.

    Hello Mistress,

    We apologize for the delay in response. We’ve been running shorthanded for a little bit.

    To the issue at hand though. I have visted the pages listed and inspected the popup form shown there. That is not one of our pop-ups and it is not generated by our plugin.

    That form must have been created using another plugin or theme. I can detect no code from Optin Cat on your site what so ever.

    When inspecting the code of the pop-up form, a lot of its classes and ID’s refer to a “Hustle Modal”. I hope that gives you some clue as to where to find this popup form.

    You took too long to respond so what I did is that I get the plugin again, create a new pop up form and then disable it, so that the old pop up doesn’t appeared.

    But before it did show and it was like that for about 2-3 weeks until I tried my solution.

    If I hadn’t done that You would see two pop ups. one that doesn’t work and one that works.
