Pop-up still appearing despite hidden for logged in user

  • In my site, the pop-up is still appearing for logged-in users despite hidden for logged in user in the trigger condition. A logged-in user still sees the pop-up, hence.

    How do I resolve this?

    NB. I have cache enabled for both logged-in users.

    Looking at your site from an earlier post, you are an Elementor Pro v3.7.7 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
