Pop Up shown less than not work

Temporary solution:

if ( jQuery( '.wph-modal' ).length > 0 ) {

		jQuery( '.wph-modal .wph-modal--close a' ).on( 'click', function () {

	      Cookies.set('wphmodal', 'closed');

		});

		if ( Cookies.get( 'wphmodal' ) == 'closed' ) {

			jQuery( '.wph-modal .wph-modal--close a' ).trigger( 'click' );
		}

	}

You have to paste this code into javascript files into theme, usual named scripts.js
