Pop-up shown less than 1: Not working

    I just need to show the popup on the first visit. It does not write the cookie on form submissions. What can I be missing? I have deleted and updated the plugin. Then enabled tracking as suggested fix but still having the issue. It used to work before the update last year.

    I’m sorry this is not working on your site

    I just tested it on my one and I wasn’t able to replicate. With condition show less than 1 and tracking enabled it shows only one time.

    Can you tell me if you have any cache plugins installed? Or you are on WPEngine hosting?

    Hi Kasia,

    No, I don’t have any cache plugins and I am not on a WPEngine hosting. I am using Pantheon for my hosting. I tried it on a different hosting and I see it is all working fine. I think it has got something to do with my hosting setup.

    Hello @cgdev1010,

    It is possible that Pantheon has own in-build cache. In this case you can ask them to try to exclude those cookies:

    starts with hustle_never_see_again-
    starts with wpoi-optin-
    starts with hustle_module_show_count-
    starts with hustle_ss_module_show_count-
    starts with inc_optin_long_hidden-
    starts with inc_optin_popup_long_hidden-
    starts with inc_optin_slide_in_long_hidden-
    starts with hustle_slide_in_prefix-
    starts with hustle_slide_in_hide_all-
    and inc_optin_slide_in_hide_all

    that should help with conditions like show less than.
