Pop up show, no show options

hey guys,

so I’m wondering is there a way for people when they land on the website to see a pop up let’s say on a homepage, and if they go off the site and come back the same day to see that pop up again? I haven’t seen that possibility but only possible cookie storage which if I’m correct it won’t show it again till they have that cookie on their browser. And the other option I’ve seen is day setting with a minimum 1 day.
