    Hello,

I know that plugin has option to select where the pop up should appear but is it possible to set the detail offset from screen border (offset from up, down, left,…). Settings should be for desktop and mobile…

    Thanks,
    Erik

  • Dear @erikhrast ,

    Thank you for contacting us.
Yes, it is possible to have that.
If you have the element and that element has a class or ID, you can make the customization from the CSS field. Please, check the section needed from here. https://prnt.sc/t1fng0

Sorry for delay, I wasn’t available.

I know I can customize wit CSS but what are the position command lines?

    Dear @erikhrast ,

We are very sorry for the late response here.

We double checked the case again.
See, it’s possible to achieve a kind of similar result with the Exit Intent popup but in this case, the popup would appear if you, for example, drag the popup outside the browser tab.
Since Exit Intent is a paid extension, we suggest you get in touch with us via Live Chat from here since we can’t discuss premium features here.

    Thanks.
