I want to mention, that the Poll Maker plugin doesn’t have this kind of feature available for usage.

You can make use of our Popup Box plugin if you want to create a popup poll.
You can achieve this result in 2 ways: either making use of the On Click option or inserting the shortcode of the poll into the Shortcode Popup Type.

There was a misunderstanding by the Support Team. We were referring to another product by mistake.

The Poll Maker plugin actually has the Popup Poll feature as you are mentioning.
Our Dev Team has checked out the functionality and noticed that it works fine on our end.

S?, please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case.

1. The link, where the given popup poll is located in which the button can’t be opened on click.
2. Also, please provide us with the screenshot of the options of the Popup Poll so that we can understand the settings configuration.
