I love the plugin on Chrome. However in Firefox, when I click on the modal link, the “parent”/original window jumps to the top of the page (similar to if you clicked a “#” link), and the modal/popup opens over that. When I close the modal, the page remains at the top.

How can I make it so the original page stays at the same position it was before the popup was opened?

    Thanks!

Sorry to hear you’re having troubles, that is very strange indeed. Can you please provide a link and let us know what has to be done to trigger the popup.

    Thanks for your patience.

This issue is in firefox only.

    Thank you!

Thank you for the link, I will have the Lead Dev @danieliser take a look as soon as he is available.

    Thanks for your patience.

@annabh – I do not see any popups loaded on that link, but even still the link isn’t jumping to the top for me. Clicking the link doesn’t trigger a popup currently.

Sorry, I had already removed the plugin. Please go to this page:

    https://www.superdomesports.com/soccer-test/

in Firefox and click on any of the “class description and schedule” links. You’ll see how the page jumps to the top behind the modal.

    Thanks!

Just to confirm, I experienced this issue myself in Firefox when I checked this thread a few days ago. Although, for me, upon hitting the close button of the popup, it jumped back down to where it started, which is slightly different than what you describe. Just checked it again, this is indeed what happens for me.

I’m thinking this is some kind of theme conflict, but I’ll have @danieliser take a look again as soon as he is available.

    Thanks for your patience.

@annabh – I think I see the issue, though I don’t have Firefox installed to test it at the moment. I will make a note and get a patch out if its what I think it is.

What sort of timeframe are we looking at, days, weeks, months? Thanks, and I appreciate your help!

    @annabh

We regularly release updates to the plugin. As such, this bug fix will very most likely be rolled into the next update. It would be a matter of week(s), but definitely not months.

Check back soon(tm)! Don’t forget we also have a change log that records all changes and updates, so you can always glance at that to make sure this bug fix made it in.

Is there any movement on this? I just downloaded the plugin and am experiencing the same thing on Firefox. Makes it hard to use this if it doesn’t behave the same across browsers.
