Pop Up pages appears but not posts

I can see the popup showing on the page https://my-sweet-ldr.com/not-get-bored/, so it does look to be working and mostly a visibility setting that could be causing this to not show on others. Could you please export your popup(click on gear icon and export), upload it to a drive(e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox) and share with us the public link, so that we can check this further for you?

It is on the articles that it does not appear unfortunately.

Thank you for sharing the export.

As Jonathan mentioned its visibility setting that could be causing this to not show on others. You need to configure the visibility condition to show the pop-up of any of the condition mentioned, please check the following screenshot for a better idea: https://ibb.co/TWT2qPT

I followed your instructions and changed the setting, and indeed now the pop up is displayed but only on some articles.

2 in particular:
https://my-sweet-ldr.com/be-less-jealous-ldr/
https://my-sweet-ldr.com/12-ldr-games/

I noticed that it was the two oldest articles. Maybe there is a correlation?

Glad to hear it works now, I checked the posts and popup loads for me as well so it’s possible that it was just some caching on those two that prevented it temporarily.
