Pop up page turning

Hello–this is a great plugin–the only issue I am having is that when the pages are in pop-up mode, they do not turn from one to the next. Instead, only the page I’ve clicked on pops up, and navigating to the next or previous page requires exiting pop up and clicking on a new page. Is there a way to change a setting or add CSS to fix this?
