pop up opens again after I’ve closed it

    Hi, I have an issue where if I close my newsletter subscriber pop up it opens back up again. I’ve checked my settings and repetitive pop up is unticked. I’ve tried switching themes, deactivating all plugins and clearing all caches
    Is there anything you can think of that might be causing this?
    I’m using the auto close add on but can’t see this effecting it..
