Hello how are you? We recently added your plugin in our site ( https://folcalfest.net/ ) ,

We are facing problem with the popup open animation.

We went to the advanced settings of the plugin , at the section popup opening animation. But when we enabled the animation fade-in with 3 seconds , at the site in the frontend it didnt make the animation it just pops up without animation . We also tried the close animation ( fade out) of the popup but it also did not do the animation when we clicked the close button.

Do you know what may be the issue?
    Can you assist us?

    Thank you

  • I’m experiencing a similar issue. I set the fadeIn/fadeOut in the ‘Advanced’ settings, but the values don’t appear to save – have you checked to see if the settings are actually saving?

Checking the HTML output for the popup also reveals that a CSS class called ‘undefined’ is also output with the other animation CSS classes, suggesting there is an issue with the PopupBuilder code that saves and outputs the animation effects.

Having the same issue. All Opening/Closing animations are not being saved with popup. Only fix is rolling back to v4.2.7. They work fine again.

Looks like the v4.3 update is having all sorts of issues.
