Pop Up ONLY working when in test mode and logged in

I love this plugin’s potential. We got it working and formatted nicely and it works just fine in test mode. However, once I take it off of test mode to go live with it, it no longer functions. I’ve tried deactivating all of our plugins to see if there is a compatibility issue, but nothing worked.
