Does this plugin support pop up on click?

I am having trouble understanding how these pop ups show up. From my understanding, it shows up if you visit a given page.
The pop up shows up depending on the pop up condition that you are using. You will find various popup conditions and its description on the following in the admin area of your site after installing this plugin.
Admin Area -> PopUp -> Settings -> Available Conditions
