    Hello there,

Hope you are well. I am facing a few issue with your plugin. The main issue is that if there is a the pop displayed, there is still the woocommerce message displayed on the page so the user is seing twice the messages. How can I deactivate the default woocommerce notices on the page to only keep your pop up notices?

The other I am facing is that for some reason the button and icon of the Woocommerce notice is not respected in the pop up, how to fix that?

Finally the last issue is that the arrow to close is not centered at all in the middle of the circle, could you help me fix that too?

You can see the issues in this video: https://share.vidyard.com/watch/z2vQUEBjfa3fK8xfAefxk9?

Thanks a lot for your help,
    Kind regards,
    Sophie

    Hello there,

I have an update on this ticket ?? I did find how to hide the default messages in your plug-in settings, I miss it the first time ?? By disabling the default message for the pop-up I enabled, it also fixed the issue I had with the button.

But now I still have the two other issues:
    1. The cross icon to close the pop-up is not aligned in the centre of the circle
    2. The icon notice differs from the original template, is it a bug or is it because it is using the icon of your plugin?

Looking forward to hearing from you,
Thanks a lot for your help,
    Kind regards,
    Sophie

    Hi @sophie2e ,

    1. Sorry for the delay. Please, try updating the plugin to version 1.4.1 I just released. It should fix the close button.
    2. It’s using the icon from the plugin. The Pro version allows changing it though

    Happy Sunday Pablo,

Thank you so much for fixing the issue with the cross in the new update, you’re the best! ????

I just have one last question, your plugin settings overwrite the design settings of my template buttons, sometimes, please review this video for a clearer explanation: https://share.vidyard.com/watch/E7A54mCCaF1bFcuj3Mzhca?

Could you please helm me out fix this last issue?

Thanks a lot for your help,
    Best regards,
    Sophie

    Hi @sophie2e ,

    Sorry for the long delay.

I can’t see the video anymore, but I’m not sure if I can help so much here, as the plugin’s style has rules for the plugin itself only. I can’t see how it’s overwriting anything else. Can you please try to switch your theme?
