Pop up not working WP password protected pages

    Sorry to hear of the problems you are having.

    I have tested it on my test site using latest version of WordPress PopUp plugin and it worked fine displaying pop up on password protected pages.

    Make sure you are suing latest version of WordPress PopUp plugin.

    Could you please try using different pop up loading method from the following path?

    Admin area -> Pop Overs -> Settings
