• Hi,

The popup forms work well for pages built with Divi but not with those built with the Theme Builder.

Indeed the Product pages and the Product Category pages are built via the Theme Builder. On these pages, the popup form does not appear.

    An idea?

    Hi there @marocweb,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It’s expected that the Pop up won’t show on archive pages such as the Product Category page. However, it should show on the product page.

To check if this is a conflict with Theme Builder, could you please confirm what’s set on the form settings located in the right sidebar? This is what I’m referring to: https://d.pr/i/brqahF

    Hi,

I confirm, there is an incompatibility with the divi builder since by disabling the page model for the products, the popups appear well

Thanks for letting us know. As I understand, the incompatibility is related to a set of specific modules, not to the Divi page builder, is that right?

Depending on the module, it could indeed be a conflict, unfortunately.

    Hi,
No, this is related to how divi works. With Divi, natively, we can build page templates for each type of post. So, for these pages, the popup and even the screen pop at the bottom right don’t work.

    Hi again @marocweb ????,

I’ll share this with the devs to see if they can address this from their end or if this is outside of scope or something that should be done from Divi’s end.

I’ll update this thread if/when I get a reply from them.

    Cheers

    Hi again @marocweb ????,

I’ve noticed that we have recently fixed some issues with DIVI and MailPoet. Can you confirm that you are using MailPoet and DIVI latest releases?

Please keep us posted, we’ll be glad to keep troubleshooting this issue with you.

    Thanks

    Hi @danielinhou

I confirm that i’m using the latest releases (Mailpoet 3.7.8 and Divi 4.14.7).

    Thanks.

    Hi there @marocweb,

I apologize for the late reply!

Can you please share one of your product’s URLs so we can take a look?

It looks like Divi default CSS styles are overriding Mailpoets styles: https://imgur.com/a/sqhsc0D

    Hi @optimiertes ;

It is not css here but, and after having checked locally and also the source code of the page, the fact that the popup is not “called” on the pages built via the “theme builder” (used to build page templates) of Divi.

In your example, the popup is well called.
