    We have checked the case on our end and the popup was normally displayed for us.

    Most presumably you have a cache plugin, that’s why you don’t see the changes immediately.
    Please clear your caches after changing any popup option and check the case again.

    If we don’t understand you correctly, please give us more clarifications so that we can guide you accordingly.
    And if the problem is fixed, then please confirm it.
