pop up not showing on home page

    I am trying to add a pop up to my site that says we will unexpectedly be closed. It appears properly on all pages except the homepage. This wouldn’t be a problem but is seems to also freeze up the home page so you can’t scroll down. Any thoughts?

    Do you need the popup to show on your homepage? Could share his rules in a screenshot?

    I don’t need it to show on the home page. But it would be fine if it did. The problem is that you can’t scroll down on the home page when the pop up is activated. If I could deactivate on the home page and it fixed that problem I would do that.

    I don’t see our popup enabled in that site.

    It shows up on the interior pages. But not the home page. Weirdly, it works fine on mobile. Just on desktop, it doesn’t show up and it makes it so I can’t scroll.

    On the interior pages I see another popup plugin , not ours. Where I can see our plugin?

    I am so sorry! I was trying out a different plugin and wrote on the wrong support page! I apologize for taking up you time.
