Pop-up not showing on Chrome for iOS/Android

  • I successfully set up PWA for WP with a custom banner.

    When visiting the website on Chrome on Mac (84.0.4147.105), I get the following.

    When changing Google Developer toolbar for mobile devices, this is the result.

    However, when visiting the website on Chrome iOS (or any other browser on Android), no pop-up appears. I made sure the cache was always removed in these browsers.

    Is there a logical explanation for this behaviour?
