Pop-up not Showing on Button Trigger and Page Freezes

Hi,

It’s my first time using popup maker and I wanted to show a popup window when clicking a “subscribe” button. I’ve followed the guidelines to set this up but the result is that the popup never shows and the page freezes every time.

Where I did wrong and how solve this?
