Pop up not showing

    After having created a Hustle Pop Up, and getting the appearance required in the preview window, it won’t appear on the live site after I publish it. In troubleshooting mode, it appears and doesn’t appear to be conflicting with any plugin, and so I’m thinking it is a problem with the theme. How can I get it to appear please?
