Pop Up not showing

Hello,

I have installed the plugin in the prod environment, and the pop-up doesn’t show.
I assume there is a bug somewhere because when i try to choose the pages the pop up is supposed to show, no pages are available. I had to create a specific template for a page in order to be able to aim it with the pop up. But even though it doesn’t show.
On my local version of the website (with same plugins & theme), this is working fine. What could cause that ?
