Pop Up not showing

Hi!

I’m using this plugin for a Popup to be shown on all pages and devices. When I’m loged in the admin and open the website on the same browser I can see the popup I’ve created, but when in other browser or not logged in, it’s not showing.

As rules I have:
All Pages

Then I’ve added:
All Pages AND Desktop, Tablets, Mobile TRUE, and with this the popup is not showing even if I’m logged in the admin.

How can I make it shown for all devices to everyone?
