Pop-Up not showing

Hi @developedbyjasmine,

Can you make sure that the status of your popup is set to Live?
If that’s not the case can you edit your popup and grab a screenshot of your Display Settings tab so we can see what conditions you have set there?

Just to be sure on this, do you need this popup to be shown in mobile devices and get triggered when an Adblocker is detected? Cause your settings are telling this.

Have you tried to select the mobile devices in conditions and Time in “Pop-up triggers”?

Ahhhh I see.

I didn’t personally set up the pop-up, so overlooked that piece.

I have removed the mobile only and now it is working – thank you ??
