Hey there –

I’m trying to create a little pop-up window to show a biography of a person on my website. I want the website visitor to click on a link called “Read Biography” to open the window.

When I created the popup, it gave me a shortcode to use when creating the link: [supsystic-show-popup id=100]

So, I followed the directions for setting it up: https://supsystic.com/download/show-on-element-click.png

But when I tested it, nothing happened. The popup didn’t popup. ??

I’ve tested this in 3 different browsers, so I know it’s not a Firefox issue.

Here’s the page… scroll down to the “Speakers” area and look for

Hello.
I just checked your page https://craigduswalt.com/RockStarMarketingBootCamp/test-page/ – and it’s worked for me, it show PopUp right after I click on link “Watch Adam’s Video”, PopUp content is empty – but I don’t sure – did you filled it or not. Maybe you can send me link – where I will see broken link? I will be glad to help you.

i have set it to everyone and on load
but its not shoowing

Hello.
I see on your site – some other PopUps – there can be a conflict with them. Also, I see some javascript errors there:
1. TypeError: a(…).on is not a function in https://www.solverslko.com/wp-content/plugins/content-views-query-and-display-post-page/assets/bootstrap/js/bootstrap.min.js?ver=3.3.0
2. TypeError: jQuery.easing[jQuery.easing.def] is not a function in https://www.solverslko.com/wp-content/plugins/slidedeck2/js/jquery.easing.1.3.js?ver=1.3
3. TypeError: $(…).stickThis is not a function in https://www.solverslko.com/wp-content/plugins/sticky-menu-or-anything-on-scroll/assets/js/stickThis.js?ver=1.2.4
Can you disable plugins with those broken scripts? Also – are you trying to use On Exit functionality?
