Pop up not displaying on mobile

Hi, I have created a popup which is set to open on the homepage after 2 seconds. It’s working great on desktop and tablet, but it’s not showing up on mobile for some reason. My theme has a specific mobile page, but I have selected this page for it to display. I have also ticked the box “Display on mobile devices”. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
