    I am writing to inform you that the pop-up feature on my website is not appearing on mobile devices. It seems to be working perfectly on desktop, but it fails to show up on mobile platforms.

    I have already tested this issue on various mobile devices and browsers, but the problem persists. Could you please assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible?

    Could you please follow these steps for further investigation of your case?

    1. Provide a link where the popup is enabled.
    2. We noticed that you have caching enabled.

    So please clear all caches and check the issue again using different devices and in incognito mode to see if the problem persists.

    3. Check if the “Hide popup on mobile” option is enabled.

    I wanted to thank you for your help earlier. You were absolutely right, it was indeed a cache issue. We’ve cleared it, and everything is now working perfectly.

    Issue with Exit Intent Popup on Mobile

    I noticed that the exit intent popup on my website is not working on mobile devices. Specifically, it does not appear as expected when a user is about to leave the site.
