Pop-Up Not Appearing at all on page load

Hi –

I just created two pop-ups on different sites using your plug-in. I followed the walk through to set it up, but when I go the home page the pop-ups don’t appear on either site. In looking over your instructions I noticed this in the installation section – “If you are using WordPress v3.0 or higher, you can use the short-code given during the MailChimp form creation. It will look something like this:[mailmunch-XYZ]”

This makes sense since I saw no where to choose what page the pop-up appears on. However when I walked back through the set up I did not see the short-code.

Could you please advise as to whether I would still need to use the short-code (the site is on WP version 4.3) and if not what am I missing to make the plug-in work.
